INITIAL Eval & Acupuncture (80min)
This session goes beyond a typical acupuncture appointment. We begin with a deep intake exploring your menstrual history, lifestyle, stress patterns, emotional state, and energetic constitution. Using acupuncture + herbal medicine diagnostics, we assess imbalances and begin shifting your body into a parasympathetic state with acupuncture—improving circulation to reproductive organs and calming the nervous system.​​
INITIAL Functional Medicine (80min)
This session focuses on biological systems and how they influence fertility. We review your past labs (one lab review, additional fee if more than one), map your symptoms, and determine if additional testing is needed to uncover root imbalances in areas like: hormones, nutrient levels, inflammation, detox pathways, gut health, among others. This session is a deeper dive into all your systems to connect the dots. Based on what is assessed, the results of the functional tests will give us more information to create an individualized plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle, or supplements tailored to your body’s unique blueprint. This blueprint will be reviewed and discussed during another session.
