Insurance​

We accept insurance for ACUPUNCTURE only with specific acupuncturists. Please call or email to be scheduled with the practitioners who accept insurance. Bundles cannot be applied to insurance plans.

 

Accepted Insurance Plans:​

  • In Network: BCBS (PPO)

  • Out of Network: Aetna and Cigna

​

 

For all other services:

Services provided by other practitioners are charged at the cash rate upfront. However, we can provide you with a 'superbill' upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt with all necessary insurance codes, enabling you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement or to apply the visit towards your deductible.

Additional payment options:

We accept FSA (Flex Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) as forms of payment, regardless of your coverage.

Plans not accepted:

We do not accept HMO plans, Medicaid, Medicare, or VA plans.

Insurance fees​ for BCBS PPO Patients:

 

Source Healing does not submit claims for additional therapies during acupuncture sessions. Additional fees include:

  • $40: Cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, or manual therapy/massage ​

  • $10: Application of a liniment/ointment.

 

*These fees are in addition to any copays, coinsurance or deductible amounts and are only applicable to BCBS PPO patients. These services are optional, and you may opt out by notifying your acupuncturist during your appointment.

CASH RATES (non-insurance)

  • Acupuncture appointments: $100-$250 (excludes Christie Jordan)

  • Functional Medicine appointments: $100-$250 (excludes Functional Labs, which range in price)

  • Massage, Bodywork, Energy Medicine sessions: $100-$175

  • Lymph Therapy appointments: $175-$250
