We accept insurance for ACUPUNCTURE only with the following acupuncturist only:

• In Network BCBS (PPO)

• Out of Network Aetna and Cigna

 

All other services with other practitioners will require cash-pay. We can provide you with a 'superbill' to submit a claim on your end for direct reimbursement from your insurance company. A superbill is an itemized receipt with all necessary insurance coding needed to submit a claim yourself to your insurance company for direct reimbursement or have your visits apply towards your deductible.
