"I've been struggling with digestion and "IBS" issues my entire life and after several unsuccessful GI doctor visits and "diets", I decided to try acupuncture. I am so thankful that my blind internet search led me to Source Healing. I knew I picked the right place as soon as I called to make my first appointment. The tone was one that proved they were excited to have me and anxious to help. There's always something intimidating about going to a new place for an experience you know nothing about. I was so relieved to find that I felt at ease the second I walked in the door. There's a vibe that exists at Source Healing that can't be put into words and I think it's one that is created from the people that work there and what they believe in. It's an incredibly genuine environment and one that carries into every treatment. I've been going to Brian for almost 4 months now and it's been a great journey both physically and mentally. The questions he asked in my first visit alone opened my eyes to an entirely new approach. The questions were about me as a whole rather than me as a stomach! Nothing about Brian's practice is routine..an evaluation of my progress is discussed each time and he caters my treatment accordingly. I love that my treatment varies every time I go in and I love that my herbs aren't pulled from a shelf but are made to order according to my needs. Brian's constant analysis of my symptoms made me feel like he was truly invested in my well being and it taught me that my body isn't something that can just be categorized and prescribed. It's something that needs constant maintenance and my treatments at Source Healing have given me the awareness I need to do that. After only 4 months I feel better than I've ever felt and my symptoms are finally under control. This success has actually turned out to be a bittersweet one as I miss my regular visits. But my "tune ups" will be ongoing because I have found acupuncture to be a necessity in regaining balance no matter what the ailment.
