ENERGY WORK

This is any form of healing art that works with directing life force energy through the body.  When the life force is moving, there is a greater sense of well-being and balance.  This can be done with needles or with the hands only method as in Reiki or Cranial Sacral.

Reiki - Reiki is universal healing energy. A Reiki practitioner channels energy for the healing and health of their patient. Through sensitive but deliberate touch, life-enhancing energy is directed to the client, balancing all levels of existence - the physical, the emotional, the mental, and the spiritual. 

Cranial Sacral Therapy – Cranial Sacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that directly influences the brain and spinal cord.  It is used to find and release areas of restriction, re-educate old holding patterns, and calm over-stressed systems and over-stimulated nerves.
